A throat-torn pencil warrior speaks...

Greetings from this pencil warrior. At present, I am nursing a cold in spite of my futile attempts to drown the villain in herbal face baths, salt shake sodas, and pillow trips. I am overdosing on vitamin C and zinc and laying low in the back patio to soak in the warming sun ,,, oh, that feels good!
.
I would like to blame DH Don for this misery but it appears his sore throat has returned, so any snide remarks would only be cruel. You can know that the joy of singing at the top of my lungs for four evening's straight in last weekend's Easter cantata (see blog below) is not diminished in any way. In retrospect, however, I would say I wish I had had the foresight to imbibe in cupful of Airborne (or some other cold suppressant) as the cantata crowds probably had some role to play in my silly infection.
.
I remain your throat-torn pencil warrior ... ready to rise in mind only!
